CSR day

Since 2014, we have been organizing the annual Roval-Reynaers-Forster CSR Day. Guided by the motto ‘Together for better’, we team up every year to support community and social causes. A wonderful tradition!
This year, on Thursday, September 24, we will be getting to work at 9 projects.

CSR Day Projects 2026

We will be rolling up our sleeves at the following organizations:

Vivent Donkenhof Den Dungen: To give the elderly residents here some extra special treatment, we are organizing a "Brabant Games" day. This will include traditional Brabant games, a Brabant-themed photoshoot in traditional Den Dungen attire, and creating a collaborative painting. In the afternoon, we will walk with the elderly to the picking garden to gather a beautiful bouquet. We will conclude the day there in the teahouse.
Hokazo Uden: There is plenty of work to be done at Hokazo in Uden. In addition to painting, we will be tackling a dog run and installing a new kitchen unit. We will also be crafting sniffing mats together. One thing is for sure: the resident dogs and cats are going to be thrilled!
De Meeshoeve Oud Gastel: Care farm De Meeshoeve offers day-care activities for people with intellectual disabilities, Parkinson's, dementia, or mental health challenges. We want to give them a memorable day with creative activities and games. There are also plenty of other chores to do, such as garden maintenance, overdue cleaning work, and taking care of the animals.
Dahliatuin Helmond-West: Across no less than 8,000 m², 55 members maintain dahlia fields, flower displays, and vegetable gardens here. A special place with a warm heart for the community. For instance, local care centers are welcome to pick up beautiful bouquets here. We will be helping out with pruning work and digging up the edges of the fencing. Our handy crew will also get to work on expanding the storage shed.
Woonzorgcentrum Eegelshoeve Someren: A day full of sensory experiences for the two resident groups at Eegelshoeve. We are organizing a farmers' market for residents with dementia, complete with a tractor, old tools, and goats they can pet. At lunchtime, we will fry eggs with bacon in the shared living groups. After that, we will assist with the social afternoon for independent-living residents.
Buurthuis De Schabbert Helmond: At community center De Schabbert in Helmond-Noord, people gather to cook, play cards, craft, and much more. The building could use a bit of a facelift. We will be painting the large hall, thoroughly cleaning the floor, and mounting wheels under the tables. A hard day's work, but what a difference we will make for the whole neighborhood!
Het Klokhuis Deurne: Het Klokhuis is a day activity center where people aged 18 to 80 with intellectual disabilities create beautiful things every day. Together they paint, craft, exercise, and bake. On September 24, we are putting them in the spotlight. We will go out on side-by-side tandem bikes, bake pancakes, and give everyone some extra attention. A day neither we nor they will ever forget!
Kinderboerderij De Veldhoeve Helmond: We will be working hard at petting zoo and playground De Veldhoeve. This includes replacing paving work, putting up new fencing, and building a canopy roof over the animal pens. Tasks that the regular volunteers usually don't get around to.
Cateringteam: In our kitchen in Helmond, the kitchen brigade will get to work preparing a fresh, tasty lunch for our colleagues at the eight project locations. In the afternoon, festive snacks will be prepared for the joint closing event with all colleagues.
